had to share this page!

I have just finished another layout a day challenge and i am slowly catching up!! :)

I am so in love with everything about this page and have now found a try good stitching site (it was free too!) so I had to share this layout with you right away.

the stunning papers are from the lost and found range by my minds eye and one from Pebbles called fresh goods.

The challenge i was working on was about things coming to an end.... so I chose to scrap a picture of our first dance at the wedding. i know its FIRST dance but it symbolises the end of our perfect day.

the amazing sketch is from once upon a sketch... you girls rock!!! as soon as I saw it i knew it would be perfect for a girly swishy page and it really was.

thanks so much for the inspiration xxx

just for my aunty chris xxx

Morning aunty chris.... i have heard you are missing my lollicrop posts :(

I will try and do a little update now but will have to add a mass of new layout pictures later for you.
as you know i love my iPad to bits so had to go and buy a new iMac when my old computer was not doing as it was told. so I'm trying to self teach myself how to use it and I'm getting there but struggling with scanning and stitching my layouts back together, hence why i haven't posted any pages for a while.

i have however been extremely busy.... on the 1st September i started my layout a day challenge. and I'm really pleased and proud of myself that i am still working through them. i don't get time everyday to do them but if i am behind i might spend a day catching up. that lasts until friday! so not too long left.

I also visited Paper Arts in Gloucester this past sunday and met one of my favourite scrap celebs..

she was everything i expected and more! she was very down to earth, and made us all very relaxed as we took our time creating kirstys beautiful pieces.

we made a layout with a special book on the front, i will have to show you...i love it!
and then we made a 6x12 mini book, which i used to fill with good memories from our centre parks holiday. i don't usually do mini books so this was completely out of my comfort zone but i loved the experience...and we also made a xmas tag tin, filled with tags that we can write lists on, recipes or as I'm going to...add pictures of the kids on xmas day.

I also paid for Ali to come along as her birthday treat so we had a fab time together, we laughed, chatted, ate doughnuts as well as cake, lunch and amazing apple pie.... then obviously we shopped quite a bit!!!

ok so thats all i have time for right now.... i will get back on a bit later when i figure out the pictures side of it :) be prepared to be overwhelmed with new pages xxxx
